What to Expect

Before your first appointment, you'll receive electronic new patient intake forms to complete. You can also find those here. We kindly ask that you submit your insurance information and a copy of your photo ID to info@willowcreekchiro.com. Please submit these materials before your scheduled visit to ensure a smooth check-in process.

Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by our wonderful receptionist. After checking in and verifying your information, you'll meet with one of our doctors for an in-depth consultation. During this time, the doctor will assess your health history and perform a thorough exam to determine the most appropriate course of action for your care.

If deemed necessary, the doctor will recommend taking x-rays on the same day, right here in our office. These images will help the doctor further evaluate your condition and develop a tailored treatment plan.

After your x-rays are reviewed, you'll return for your Report of Findings appointment. During this visit, the doctor will discuss the results of your x-rays, explain how our chiropractic care can benefit you, and outline your personalized treatment plan. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of the next steps in your care journey.
