Do you accept insurance?

Yes! We work with all major insurance providers and will provide a complementary insurance verification for all new patients. All plans and policies are different, so until we complete the insurance verification process we will not know exactly what chiropractic benefits are available.  

How much does it cost?

We work with all major insurance companies and have affordable cash rates for those not using insurance.

How long will my visit take?

New patients can expect the initial appointment to take about 45 minutes to an hour. Once becoming an established patient, appointments take about 20 minutes, which includes time for rehabilitation exercises and adjustments.

Do I have to take X-Rays?

It is recommended that we always get the most up to date images prior to treatment so we can see exactly what is going on and how to treat it, but it is not required. 

What if I already have X-Rays or an MRI from another provider?

Feel free to bring them in! We are happy to take a look at these images and discuss how we would recommend proceeding with care.

Why is chiropractic care important?

Your body is amazing and has the ability (innate intelligence) to heal itself when there is no interference to the nervous system. Chiropractic adjustments remove the nerve interference that is caused by our every day stressors as well as those caused by more traumatic events. How many visits will I need to feel better?

Each person is unique, and how their body responds to treatment depends on various factors. For example, if you've been dealing with neck pain and acid reflux for 10 years, it wouldn't be realistic to expect immediate relief after just one adjustment. Most patients begin to experience symptom relief between visit 4 and 10. However, most patients report improved sleep, increased energy, and mental clarity after their initial adjustments. One thing we can guarantee after each visit is that your body will start functioning better! Once proper nerve function is restored and your adjustments are held, the nerves can begin to heal, leading to overall improvement. True healing requires time and consistent care.

Does Willow Creek offer adjustments for kids and pregnant women?

Absolutely! The body experiences its first major trauma during the birth process, so seeing children early on in life is important to help prevent future issues. Chiropractic care can help prepare the body of an expectant mother from the first stages of pregnancy until delivery. You can read more about this here.
